How to Detect Fake Honey (It’s Everywhere), Use This Simple Trick!
Honey is nature’s sweetest and purest food with lots of health benefits thanks to:
– 22 amino acids,
– 27 minerals
– pantothenic acid
Honey has nutritional digestive enzymes : diastase, invertase, catalase, glucose oxidase, acid phosphatase, and inulase.
You must know that this amazing info is not for all honeys.
Most of the honey from the supermarket is not any healthier than white sugar, especially cheap honey.
FDA, the food safety divisions of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Commission (EU) said that REAL honey must contain pollen.
Without the pollen, the FDA cannot conclude whether the honey is from legitimate and/or safe sources also ultra-filtered( heated to high temperatures that kill off any beneficial nutrients and enzymes, filtered with high-pressure technology to remove any pollen) is unhealthy .
Studies from Texas A&M University, proven that 76 percent of the honey from supermarkets had all of the pollen removed and 100 percent of the honey sold at drugstores and those packaged in the single serving portions served at restaurants, had no pollen at all.
The organic brands in supermarket are only 29 percent lacking pollen .
To avoid fake honey you need to :
1.Read the label.
If it has glucose or high fructose corn syrup, it’s FAKE.
2.Taste your honey.
Real honey taste like flowers or herbs and fake honey is just sweet.
3.Put a small drop of your honey on your thumb.
Pure honey will stay in one place.

5.If your honey does not “crystallize” over time, it is likely fake .
6.Add a few drops of iodine to a glass of water and then add some honey.
If your honey turns blue,it’s FAKE.
7.Place a dab of honey on the end of a matchstick and light it.
Pure honey will ignite .
8.Place a spoon of honey in a glass of water.
Pure honey will sink to the bottom of the glass.
