This is one delicious and healthy recipe.After trying it I simply had to add it to the list of my favorites .

In order to make it you will need:

  • 1 3/4 cup almond flour, I use Bob’s brand
  • 2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbs baking powder, I use Rumford’s brand
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes, I use Bob’s brand
  • 2 large eggs

You can also add:

  • 1 egg
  • Pink Sea Salt

Preparing process:

  • preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  • melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in  a double boiler on the stove or in the microwave whatever you fin easier .I use my microwave
  • you need to stir often so  both ingredients will incorporate together smoothly
  • add the rest of the ingredients
  • mix
  • divide mixture into  portions (you can go for 4 bigger as I do because we are a family of 4 and we all love warm bread )
  • plop onto an oiled cookie sheet
  • if you decide to add an egg now you need to stir it
  • brush a layer of the egg  onto each little bread
  • then sprinkle with salt or a sesame
  • it gives the bread a crunchy crust
  • bake for about 12 minutes ( the bread turns a golden brown)
  • take out of the oven
  • let it rest for 10- 20 minutes.
  • enjoy
