Relieve Neck Pains With This Simple Exercise!
The modern world and busy squeal involves craning our neck after looking down at our computers or hunching over our phones. Pain in the neck, happens because its commonly overexerted.
We found on YouTube very simple exercise to regain your posture and relieve the pain.
The neck is held straight, positioned directly above the line of your shoulders, and your skull is right above your rib-cage.
To relieve pain, put your left hand against the side of your head, meeting the pressure with resistance as you push against it for 5 seconds and then switch to the other side. Repeat.
Do the same with one hand pushing the front of our head, and once more with two handles cradled against the back of your head as well.
This way you will just be placing the same amount of pressure against your own hand. Put a good amount of effort into this, and some strength.
With this exercise, your head will feel like it fits on your neck.
Do this every day to align your body better and deter you from hunching over your electronics .
